Preferred and Primary Method for Communication 

Portal messaging is the primary and preferred method of communication between staff and patients. Using the portal messaging will allow for a faster response time and will limit interruptions throughout the day. In order to give all patients the attention each deserves, we are requesting all patients to utilize the patient portal as the primary means to communicate with our staff. You can expect a response within 72 business hours. Messaging through the portal is not used for diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions or illnesses and any urgent matters. Please call our office if your situation requires immediate attention or if you need to make an appointment  for a medical condition or illness. If you are having a medical emergency, please dial 911or go to your nearest emergency room. 

Your medical provider or staff may use the portal to send test results. Please be certain to check and read your portal messages as they are important to your medical care.


If you need to call the office: Please listen to our phone menu completely and select the option that best fits your needs. Our providers and staff are in clinic all day and cannot always be available at the time of the call. If the person you wish to reach is unavailable, please leave a detailed message including your name and date of birth and good call-back number. Please allow 48 business hours for a response. If you have a time sensitive or urgent matter, our staff will respond as quickly as possible. 

Supplement Orders

Please place your supplement order in a portal message. Please list all supplements and quantity of bottles needed and the last 4 digits of the credit card you would like to use. Please let us know if you will be picking up or if you would like your order to be mailed. The cost of shipping can vary from $12.00 - $20.00. You will receive a response from our staff once your order has been fulfilled and we will place a copy of your receipt on your patient portal. All orders will be processed within 72 business hours. Please note that all requested orders MUST have a credit card on file. You can add your credit card in your portal by selecting the payment and invoice tab.


All pick up orders for supplements, test kits or other purchases must be picked up within 10 business days from the date of purchase. After 10 business days your order will shipped to you and the shipping cost will be charged to your credit card on file. 

Please note: Shipments for supplements, labs or any other product will be mailed to your address on file, so please review and make sure your address is correct on your patient portal as we do not refund for shipments sent to incorrect or no longer used addresses on file. 


Return Policy 


Refunds: We accept returns for unopened supplements up to 30 days from the date purchased for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We accept returns for test kits up to 90 days from the date purchased for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Self-pay serum lab orders purchased from our office are final and are non-refundable.
Skincare purchased from our office is non-refundable.
