Preferred and Primary Method for Communication 

Portal messaging is the primary and preferred method of communication to reach our staff. Using the portal will allow for a faster response time and will limit interruptions throughout the day. We are no longer using our office email, appt@dynamiclifehealthcenter.com, for communication. In order to give all patients the attention each deserves, we are requesting all patients to utilize the patient portal as the primary means to communicate with our staff. You can expect a response within 72 hours. Messaging through the portal should not be used for urgent situations. Please call our office if your situation requires immediate attention or dial 911, if it is an emergency.

Your Provider or nurse may use the portal to send test results. Please be certain to check and read your portal messages as they are important to your medical care.

Supplement Orders & Purchases

Please place your supplement order in a portal message. Please list all supplements needed, quantity and the last 4 digits of the credit card you would like to use. Please let us know if you will be picking up or if you would like your order to be mailed. The cost of shipping can vary from $12.00 - $15.00. You will receive a response from our staff once your order has been fulfilled. All orders will be processed within 72 hours. Please note that all requested orders MUST have a card on file. You can add your card in your portal by selecting the payment and invoice tab.


All pick up orders for supplements, test kits or other purchases must be picked up within 7 business days from the date of purchase. After 7 business days your order will shipped to you and the shipping cost will be charged to your credit card on file. Shipment will be mailed to your address on file.

Incoming Calls


We have one primar team member who answers incoming calls. We have multiple calls that come in at one time. We will do our best to address your needs right away. Our nurses and Providers are in clinic all day and cannot always be available at the time of the call. If the person you wish to reach is unavailable, a message will be taken and sent to them. Please allow 72 hours for a response. If you have a time sensitive or urgent matter, our staff will respond as quickly as possible. 


Scheduling

Please call our office if you need to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. Please provide a minimum of 72-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Call (817) 912-1600, Ext. 2. 


Return Policy 


We accept returns for unopened supplements up to 30 days from the date purchased for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We accept returns for test kits up to 90 days from the date purchased for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Self-pay serum lab orders purchased from our office are final and are non-refundable.
Skincare purchased from our office is non-refundable.
